Edison (NJT station)

Edison Station is a New Jersey Transit station 30.3 miles southwest of New York on the Northeast Corridor Line, in Edison, New Jersey. Known as Stelton station until circa 1955, it is at the corner of Central and Plainfield Avenues in the Stelton area of Edison Township, and accessible by car via Reed Street (off Central Avenue). A small privately run convenience store operates in the waiting room of the north/New York City-bound platform.

Edison High School is a four-year comprehensive public high school located in Edison, in Middlesex County, New Jersey, United States. The school serves students of many diverse cultures, and is part of the Edison Township Public Schools. The other high school in the district is J. P. Stevens High School. WVPH

WVPH (90.3 FM, "The Core") is Piscataway, New Jersey's community and student-run radio station. It is a broadcasting agreement between the former WRLC AM station from Rutgers, Livingston College and WVPH-FM from Piscataway High School. The two institutions combined forces in 1977 to create an educational opportunity and provide an outlet for both entertainment and information. This radio station is self-governed with help from the two schools and the community.
