The Herb Brooks Arena, one of three ice surfaces at the Olympic Center, is a 7,700-seat multi-purpose arena in Lake Placid, New York. This surface, along with the USA Rink was built for the 1980 Winter Olympics. The 1932 Rink – Jack Shea Arena, also in the Olympic Center, was the first indoor arena used for the Winter Olympics. For the 1932 Games, it hosted the figure skating and six of the twelve ice hockey games.
