Doubleday Field
Doubleday Field is a baseball stadium in Cooperstown, New York named for Abner Doubleday and located two village blocks from the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum. The grounds have been used for baseball since 1920, on what was Elihu Phinney's farm. A wooden grandstand was built in 1924, later replaced by a steel and concrete grandstand built in 1939 by the Works Project Administration. Subsequent expansion has increased seating capacity to 9,791 spectators.

Charles Seaforth Stewart
Charles Seaforth Stewart (April 11, 1823 – July 1, 1904) was a Colonel in the United States Army Corps of Engineers. He graduated first in his West Point class of 1846 with George McClellan, Stonewall Jackson, and George Pickett. Retired in 1886, he was appointed Brigadier General by an act of Congress, in April 1904.

Kingfisher Tower
Kingfisher Tower is a 60-foot-tall folly built by Edward Clark on the eastern shore of Otsego Lake at Point Judith near County Highway 31 near Cooperstown, New York in 1876. It is a Gothic Revival structure built "to beautify the lake" and "to provide construction jobs during an economic turndown". Clark made his fortune investing in Isaac Singer's sewing machine company, and the structure belongs to his descendants. It is on private property and is usually approachable only from the lake.

It is the location of the Fly Creek Grange No. 844, which is now a museum. Fly Creek Grange No. 844 is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. There is also a Fly Creek Historic District which includes the grange hall.
