Betty and Wilbur Davis State Park is a state park located on Otsego County, New York, USA. The park is southeast of Cooperstown and is in the northwest corner of the Town of Westford. Charles Seaforth Stewart
Charles Seaforth Stewart (April 11, 1823 – July 1, 1904) was a Colonel in the United States Army Corps of Engineers. He graduated first in his West Point class of 1846 with George McClellan, Stonewall Jackson, and George Pickett. Retired in 1886, he was appointed Brigadier General by an act of Congress, in April 1904.

Kingfisher Tower
Kingfisher Tower is a 60-foot-tall folly built by Edward Clark on the eastern shore of Otsego Lake at Point Judith near County Highway 31 near Cooperstown, New York in 1876. It is a Gothic Revival structure built "to beautify the lake" and "to provide construction jobs during an economic turndown". Clark made his fortune investing in Isaac Singer's sewing machine company, and the structure belongs to his descendants. It is on private property and is usually approachable only from the lake.
