Stony Point (CDP), New York

Stony Point is a hamlet and census-designated place in the town of Stony Point, Rockland County, New York, USA. It is located north of West Haverstraw, east of Harriman State Park, south of Tomkins Cove, and west of the Hudson River. The population was 12,147 at the 2010 census. The community is in the eastern part of the town of Stony Brook.

Cortlandt (Metro-North station)

The Cortlandt Metro-North Railroad station serves Cortlandt, New York in the hamlet of Crugers via the Hudson Line. Trains leave for New York City every hour on weekdays, and about every 25 minutes during rush hour. It is 38.4 miles from Grand Central Terminal and travel time to Grand Central is about 62 minutes. Cortlandt is the second newest station on the Hudson Line (and fourth newest on the Metro-North system).
