Snow Camp Outdoor Theater

The Snow Camp Outdoor Theatre is an outdoor repertory theater company presenting several dramas each summer in Snow Camp, an unincorporated community in southern Alamance County, North Carolina. The theatre is supported by the Snow Camp Historical Drama Society, Inc. , with grants from the Theatre Arts Section of the North Carolina Arts Council, the North Carolina General Assembly, and the National Endowment for the Arts.

WYMY ("La Ley 101.1" FM) is a Regional Mexican radio station in Burlington, North Carolina. It serves the Triad and Triangle areas, which includes cities such as Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Raleigh, Durham, and Fayetteville. In addition the signal goes well north of Danville, Virginia. Three College Observatory

Three College Observatory (TCO) is an astronomical observatory owned and operated by The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG), North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (NCA&T), and Guilford College (GC). Built in 1979, it is located 10 kilometers south of Graham, North Carolina (USA), in the Cane Creek Mountains. The observatory's primary instrument is a 32 in Ritchey-Chrétien reflecting telescope attached to an equatorial mount.

Battle of Lindley's Mill

The Battle of Lindley's Mill (also known as the Battle of Cane Creek) took place in Orange County, North Carolina, on September 13, 1781, during the American Revolutionary War. The battle took its name from a mill that sat at the site of the battle on Cane Creek, which sat along a road connecting what was then the temporary state capital, Hillsborough, with Wilmington, North Carolina.

Crutchfield Crossroads, North Carolina

Crutchfield Crossroads is an unincorporated community in northwestern Chatham County, North Carolina north of the town of Siler City. Crutchfield Crossroads is commonly defined as the area in and around the rural intersection of Silk Hope-Liberty Road. and Siler City- Snow Camp Road. At the intersection of the two roads, there are some stores, but other than that the entire community is agricultural. Children living in this area attend schools in Silk Hope and Siler City.
