The Valley and Siletz Railroad (VS) is a 40.6-mile defunct railroad located in Polk and Benton counties, Oregon, United States. The railroad began construction in 1912. It was 12 miles long by 1915, 34 miles long by 1917, and was extended to 40.6 miles and completed later that year.

Kings Valley, Oregon
Kings Valley is an unincorporated community in Benton County, Oregon, United States. It is located on the Luckiamute River and Oregon Route 223. Kings Valley was named after its first settler, Nahum King, who arrived in 1845. A flour mill was built in the community in 1853. Kings Valley post office ran from 1855 to 1974. Fort Hoskins Historic Park is nearby, in the former community of Hoskins. The Valley and Siletz Railroad formerly ran through Kings Valley.

Airlie, Oregon
Airlie is an unincorporated community in Polk County, Oregon, United States. The community was named for David Ogilvy, 10th Earl of Airlie of Scotland, who was president of the narrow-gauge Oregonian Railway Company. Airlie was the southern terminus of the railroad. The tracks were later widened to standard gauge and the line was bought by the Southern Pacific Railroad, which removed the Airlie branch by 1929. Airlie post office was established in 1882 and ran intermittently until 1943.
