Glenside borders the City of Philadelphia along Cheltenham Avenue, and is about 9 miles from Center City. Glenside is part of the Delaware Valley.

Abington Senior High School

Abington Senior High School is a three-year co-educational high school in Abington, Pennsylvania, USA. The school was a two-year high school known as Abington South Campus until June 1983. In September 1983, Abington South Campus became a three-year high school (grades 10 through 12) and eventually changed its name to Abington Senior High. As of 2010, the enrollment is 1,925. The principal is Dr. Jeffery Fecher.

Glenside is a SEPTA Regional Rail station along the SEPTA Main Line at the intersections of Easton Road and Glenside Avenue in Glenside, Pennsylvania. At Carmel Junction, immediately west of Glenside station, the Warminster Line splits from the Lansdale/Doylestown Line.

Ardsley (SEPTA station)

Ardsley is a railroad station in Ardsley, Pennsylvania on SEPTA's Warminster Line, formerly the Reading New Hope branch. It is located at the intersection of Jenkintown Road and Edge Hill Avenue. The station has a parking lot with 45 spaces. Ardsley Station is the last stop inbound before Glenside Station in Glenside, Pennsylvania, where it merges with the Lansdale/Doylestown Line line which runs between Philadelphia and Doylestown.
