Wyndmoor Station is a SEPTA Regional Rail station at 256 East Willow Grove Avenue at Wyndmoor Street, Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The present station building was built by the Reading Company in 1930, when the line was elevated. The station is in zone 2 on the Chestnut Hill East Line, on former Reading Railroad tracks, and is 10.0 track miles from Suburban Station. Chestnut Hill East Station is a SEPTA Regional Rail station at 102–04 Bethlehem Pike at Chestnut Hill Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The current station building was built in 1931 by the Reading Railroad, as a replacement for an earlier station that existed between 1872 and 1930. The station is in zone 2 on the Chestnut Hill East Line, on former Reading Railroad tracks, and is 10.8 track miles from Suburban Station. In 2004, this station saw 213 boardings on an average weekday.

Esherick House

The Esherick House in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is one of the most studied of the nine built houses designed by American architect Louis Kahn. Commissioned by Margaret Esherick, it was completed in 1961. The house is noted especially for its spatial organization and for the ventilation and natural lighting provided by its unusual window and shutter configuration. A kitchen of wood and copper was created for the house by Wharton Esherick, a nationally known craftsman and artist.
