Ringing Rocks are rocks that have the property of resonating like a bell when struck, such as the Musical Stones of Skiddaw in the English Lake District as well as the stones in Ringing Rocks Park, in Upper Black Eddy, Bucks County, Pennsylvania USA and the Bell Rock Range of Western Australia. Ringing rocks are also known as sonorous rocks or lithophonic rocks, as used in idiophonic musical instruments called lithophones.

The unincorporated village of Upper Black Eddy aka "UBE" is located in northern Bucks County, Pennsylvania 58 miles (95 kilometers) west south west of New York City and 45 miles (68 kilometer) north of Philadelphia and is officially part of Bridgeton Township which also directly borders adjacent Borough of Milford, Hunterdon County, New Jersey via by the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission's free Upper Black Eddy-Milford Bridge over the Delaware River.

Upper Black Eddy – Milford Bridge

The Upper Black Eddy-Milford Bridge is a free bridge over the Delaware River, owned and operated by the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission. The bridge carries Bridge Street, connecting CR 519 in Milford, Hunterdon County, New Jersey, with Pennsylvania Route 32 in Upper Black Eddy, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The bridge currently has a 55 ton weight limit, the heaviest free bridge on the Delaware.
