Corona, Tennessee

Corona is an unincorporated community in Tipton County, Tennessee, United States. Due to topographic changes caused by the New Madrid earthquakes in 1811 and 1812, part of what is now Tipton County was cut off the state of Tennessee by a change in the course of the Mississippi River.

Meeman-Shelby Forest State Park

Meeman-Shelby Forest State Park is a state park in Shelby County, Tennessee near Memphis, Tennessee, located in the Southeastern United States. The park borders the Mississippi River and contains two lakes— Poplar Tree Lake and Lake Piersol. The Meeman Museum and Nature Center— named for conservationist Edward J. Meeman— is located on the park's grounds. The park covers 13,467 acres and is the most visited state park in Tennessee.
