The Battle of Stones River or Second Battle of Murfreesboro (in the South, simply the Battle of Murfreesboro), was fought from December 31, 1862, to January 2, 1863, in Middle Tennessee, as the culmination of the Stones River Campaign in the Western Theater of the American Civil War. Siegel High School
Siegel High School is a high school in the Rutherford County School System in Tennessee. The Principal, Mr. Jason Bridgeman, has been the head of the administration staff since 2012. Siegel High School opened in the fall of 2003. The Siegel school complex also includes Siegel Middle School and Siegel Elementary school. The complex is situated on land gifted to Rutherford County by Richard Siegel through his will.
