Battle of Franklin (1863)
The 1863 Battle of Franklin was fought April 10, 1863, in Williamson County, Tennessee, during the American Civil War. It was a minor engagement in about the same location as the more famous Battle of Franklin (November 30, 1864), part of the Franklin-Nashville Campaign.

The Bennett House is a recording studio located on 4th Avenue South in Franklin, Tennessee. Built in 1875, the two-story building has served as a residence, a clothing store and, starting in 1980, a recording studio used by many popular music artists when recording in Tennessee.
