Fayette County, Tennessee

Fayette County is a county located in the U.S. state of Tennessee. As of the 2010 census, the population was 38,413. It was named after the Marquis de la Fayette, French hero of the American Revolution. Its county seat is Somerville. Fayette County is part of the Memphis, TN–MS–AR Metropolitan Statistical Area. It is considered part of the Mississippi Delta and was a major area of cotton plantations dependent on slave labor in the nineteenth century.

WQFR-LP was a radio station formerly licensed to serve Somerville, Tennessee, USA. The station was owned by Somerville Educational Broadcasting. On August 27, 2012, the station's license was cancelled by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for failure to file a renewal application. WQFR-LP's call sign was simultaneously deleted from the FCC's database.

WSTN

WSTN was an American radio station formerly licensed to serve Somerville, the county seat of Fayette County, Tennessee. The station was established in 1983 as "WJED", changed to "WSTN" in 1986, and since 2002 its broadcast license was held by Jimmy Swaggart's Family Worship Center Church, Inc. The station went silent on October 25, 2006.
