WBXX-TV

WBXX-TV is the CW-affiliated television station for Eastern Tennessee licensed to Crossville. It broadcasts a high definition digital signal on UHF channel 20 from a transmitter in unincorporated Southwestern Anderson County. The station can also be seen on Comcast and Knology channel 7 as well as Charter channel 12. Owned by the Lockwood Broadcast Group, WBXX is the sister station of Independent station, WKNX-TV. Both stations have studios on Cogdill Road in unincorporated Western Knox County.

Robertsville, Tennessee

Robertsville was a farming community in Anderson County, Tennessee, that was disbanded in 1942 when the area was acquired for the Manhattan Project. Its site is now part of the city of Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Robertsville was established in 1804 by a merchant named Collins Roberts, who received a 4,000-acre land grant.
