The Big Texan Steak Ranch
The Big Texan Steak Ranch is a steakhouse restaurant and motel located in Amarillo, Texas, United States which opened on the previous U.S. Route 66 in the 4500 block of East Amarillo Boulevard in 1960 and moved to its present location on Interstate 40 in 1970. Fire gutted the west wing of the restaurant in 1976 and destroyed $100,000 in antiques. The restaurant reopened as a larger facility in 1977. The building is painted a bright yellow, with blue trim.

Amarillo National Bank Sox Stadium is a baseball-only stadium in Amarillo, Texas. It is home to the Amarillo Sox, a professional baseball team and member of the American Association and the West Texas A&M University college baseball team of the Division II Lone Star Conference. It was home to the Amarillo Dillas of United League Baseball until 2010. It broke ground in 1948, and opened in 1949.

The Amarillo National Center is a 10,000-seat multi-purpose arena in Amarillo, Texas. It was built in 2000. Along with the Amarillo Civic Center, it hosts local concerts and sporting events for the Amarillo area. The arena contains 5,000 permanent seats and its 45,000-square-foot arena floor can hold an additional 5,000 floor seats. The center is named for locally-owned Amarillo National Bank.

It is primarily used for American football, and is the home field of the Amarillo Independent School District (AISD). These schools include the four AISD-affiliated high schools: Amarillo High, Caprock High, Tascosa High, and Palo Duro High.
