Patricia is an unincorporated community in Dawson County, Texas, United States. It is located at the junction of State Highway 349 and State Highway 115 in southwestern Dawson County, approximately 13 miles southeast of Lamesa and 16 miles north of Tarzan. The nearest large city is Midland, 43 miles to the south. According to the Handbook of Texas, the community had an estimated population of 60 in 2000.

KBXJ Los Ybanez, Texas is an FM station in one of the smallest cities of license regulated by the Federal Communications Commission.
