Willow City is an unincorporated community in Gillespie County, Texas, United States. According to the Handbook of Texas, the community had an estimated population of 75 in 2000. The school was added to the National Register of Historic Places in Texas on May 6, 2005.

Stonewall, Texas

Stonewall is a census-designated place (CDP) in Gillespie County, Texas, United States. The population was 525 at the 2010 census. It was named for Thomas J. (Stonewall) Jackson, by Israel P. Nunez, who established a stage station near the site in 1870. Stonewall is the birthplace and deathplace of former U.S. President Lyndon Johnson, and his LBJ Ranch (much of which is now the Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park) is located nearby.

KNAF-FM

KNAF-FM is an American radio station broadcasting a country music format and licensed to the Fredericksburg, Texas area. The station is owned by J. & J. Fritz Media, Ltd. The station was assigned the call letters KNAF-FM on August 26, 1996. On December 10, 2003, the station changed its call sign to just KNAF. On December 24, 2003, the station was sold to Jay. The station holds no DJs during the broadcast except for the morning show.

Wildseed Farms

Wildseed Farms is a wildflower farm near Fredericksburg, Texas, United States. It is the largest working wildflower farm in the country. The farm won the Garden Center 2001 Innovator award. The farm opened in 1983 in Eagle Lake as a seed producer and initially only allowed the public to visit in April of every year. These visit days proved to be extremely popular, so much so that the owners, John and Marilyn Thomas, decided to relocate to a more accessible location.

Charles Henry Nimitz

Charles Henry Nimitz (born Karl Heinrich Nimitz) (1826–1911) was a German merchant seaman, as was his father before him. He was the grandfather of, and role model for, Fleet Admiral Chester Nimitz. In 1852, he built the Nimitz Hotel in Fredericksburg, Texas in the United States. The hotel he built now houses the National Museum of the Pacific War. The Nimitz Hotel was designated a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark in 1989, Marker number 10089.
