State Fair of Virginia
The State Fair of Virginia is a state fair held annually at the end of September at The Meadow Event Park in Caroline County, Virginia. Through 2008, the fair was held at the Richmond Raceway Complex, located in eastern Henrico County, just outside of the capital city of Richmond.

Meadow Event Park
Meadow Event Park is a large park and nature preserve in Doswell, Virginia, with several fields and facilities. It was the home of the State Fair of Virginia since 2009, when the moved from Richmond International Raceway. The 2009 state fair was the park's inaugural event. Since then, it has hosted several other events. Meadow Stables, now part of the park, was birthplace of famous racehorse Secretariat.

Doswell is an unincorporated community in Hanover County in the Central Region of the U.S. state of Virginia. Originally called Hanover Junction, it was located on the Virginia Central Railroad, which later became part of the Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad (C&O) at a crossing of the Richmond, Fredericksburg and Potomac Railroad, a north-south route.

Woodstock Express (Kings Dominion)
Woodstock Express is a wooden roller coaster located at Kings Dominion in Doswell, Virginia. It opened as Scooby-Doo in 1974 after the famous Hanna-Barbera cartoon character. Despite being classified as a family roller coaster and located in the children's area of the park, the ride notably has a ride rating of 4 out of 5.

Dominator (roller coaster)
Dominator is a steel floorless roller coaster built by Bolliger & Mabillard at Kings Dominion in Doswell, Virginia. It originally opened at Six Flags Ohio on May 5, 2000 under the name Batman: Knight Flight. Cedar Fair Entertainment Company purchased the park in 2004 and renamed it Dominator. In 2007, the park closed and Dominator was relocated to Kings Dominion where it opened on May 24, 2008 in the International Street section of the park.
