Naches Pass
Naches Pass (elevation 4,928 feet) is a mountain pass of the Cascade Range in the U.S. state of Washington. It is located about 50 miles east of Tacoma and about 50 miles northwest of Yakima, near the headwaters of tributary streams of the Naches River on the east and the Greenwater River on the west. The boundaries of Pierce, King, Kittitas, and Yakima counties come together precisely at Naches Pass.

Bumping Lake
Bumping Lake is a lake and reservoir along the course of the Bumping River, in Yakima County, Washington state, USA. The lake is used as a storage reservoir for the Yakima Project, an irrigation project run by the United States Bureau of Reclamation. Although a natural lake, Bumping Lake's capacity and discharge is controlled by Bumping Lake Dam, a 60 foot (18 m) high earthfill structure built in 1910 and modified in the 1990s.

Chinook Pass
Chinook Pass (elevation 5430 ft./1656 m. ) is a pass through the Cascade Range in the state of Washington. The pass provides the east entrance to Mount Rainier National Park, and carries State Route 410 between the towns of Enumclaw and Naches. Because of the high elevation, Chinook Pass is usually closed in November due to very heavy snow and significant avalanche danger. It usually opens in mid May and is not uncommon to have a snow depth at the summit of up to 15-feet.

Tipsoo Lake, at an elevation of 5299 ft (1615 m) above sea level, is an alpine lake within the Northern Cascade Range located near the summit of Chinook Pass in Pierce County, Washington. The area is popular with photographers as the shores and surrounding area abound with the vibrant yellow, orange and purple colors of huckleberry, lupine, Indian paintbrush, and Partridgefoot.
