Saint Edward State Park

Saint Edward State Park is a 316-acre -park in Kenmore, Washington and Kirkland, Washington. It is part of the Washington State Park System. Before becoming a Catholic seminary and later a state park, the area was logged in the 19th century and again in the 1920s. A series of trails runs through the park for bicyclists and hikers. The forest canopy is primarily made up of the Coast Douglas-fir, Western Redcedar, Bigleaf Maple, Pacific Madrone and Western Hemlock.

Bastyr University

Bastyr University is a natural health arts and sciences university located in Kenmore, Washington and San Diego, California. It offers degrees in naturopathic medicine, acupuncture and Oriental medicine, nutrition, herbal sciences, ayurvedic science, exercise science, psychology, midwifery and other programs. Its main campus is on a forested property just north of Seattle, and its second campus opened in San Diego in September 2012.

St. Edward Seminary

Saint Edward Seminary (sometimes "Saint Edward's Seminary") was an institution for developing Catholic priests in the US state of Washington. Dedicated to Saint Edward the Confessor and located in the city of Kenmore, it operated for 46 years before closing in 1976. The seminary and most of its grounds now constitute Saint Edward State Park. The seminary was located on a 366 acres property purchased in the late 1920s. Building plans were scaled back in 1929 due to the Great Depression.

Lake City, Seattle

Lake City is the northeast region of Seattle, centered along Lake City Way NE, 7–8 miles (11–13 km) northeast of downtown. A broader definition of the Lake City area includes all the land between 15th Avenue NE and Lake Washington, and between NE 95th and 98th streets to the Seattle city limits at NE 145th Street.

Inglewood-Finn Hill was a census-designated place (CDP) in King County, Washington, United States. The population was 22,707 at the 2010 census. The community was largely annexed into neighboring Kirkland in 2011. Based on per capita income, one of the more reliable measures of affluence, Inglewood-Finn Hill ranks 35th of 522 areas in the state of Washington to be ranked.
