Rimrock Lake

Rimrock Lake is a lake along the course of the Tieton River, in Yakima County, Washington state, USA. The lake is used as a storage reservoir for the Yakima Project, an irrigation project run by the United States Bureau of Reclamation. An impoundment of the Tieton River, Rimrock Lake's capacity and discharge is controlled by Tieton Dam, a 319 foot (97 m) high structure built in 1925. Rimrock Lake's active capacity is 198,000 acre feet .

Clear Creek Dam (Washington)

Clear Creek Dam (National ID # WA00264) is a dam in Yakima County, Washington. The concrete thin-arch dam was originally completed in 1915 by the United States Bureau of Reclamation at a height of 62 feet and 404 feet long at its crest. Raised another 21 feet in 1918 to its present height of 83 feet, it was partially rebuilt in 1964 then found structurally unsafe in 1990, when it was drained to less than 5% of its design capacity.

William O. Douglas Wilderness

The William O. Douglas Wilderness is a designated wilderness located in central portion of the U.S. state of Washington. It includes 168,232 acres (681 km²) located between the U.S. Route 12 and State Route 410 and is jointly administered by the Snoqualmie National Forest and the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. It shares a boundary with the Mt. Rainier National Park on the west.

Bumping Lake

Bumping Lake is a lake and reservoir along the course of the Bumping River, in Yakima County, Washington state, USA. The lake is used as a storage reservoir for the Yakima Project, an irrigation project run by the United States Bureau of Reclamation. Although a natural lake, Bumping Lake's capacity and discharge is controlled by Bumping Lake Dam, a 60 foot (18 m) high earthfill structure built in 1910 and modified in the 1990s.
