Ritchie County is a county located in the U.S. state of West Virginia. As of the 2010 census, the population was 10,449. Its county seat is Harrisville. It was created in 1843 by the Virginia General Assembly and named for Richmond newspaper publisher Thomas Ritchie.

Grantsville, West Virginia

Grantsville is a town in Calhoun County, West Virginia, in the United States. The population was 561 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Calhoun County. The town was established along the Little Kanawha River in 1865 and named for Ulysses S. Grant.
