Sanguine (transmitter)
Sanguine was the name of an SLF-transmitter of the US-Navy, which was used to transmit on the frequency 76 hertz signals to submarines. The transmitter sites were in Michigan and Wisconsin. As aerial ground dipoles were used. The analogous Russian system is called ZEVS and located near Murmansk.

Lake Namakagon
Lake Namakagon (pronounced NAM-uh-KAH-gun) is a large freshwater lake located in the Chequamegon National Forest in northern Wisconsin. The lake derives its name from the Ojibwe language, and it means "Lake abundant with sturgeons. " It is known for tourism, fishing, and as the home of the legendary Anishinaabe Chief Namakagon.
