The Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa (called Waaswaaganing in Ojibwe) are a federally recognized Ojibwa Native American tribe, with an Indian reservation lying mostly in the Town of Lac du Flambeau in south-western Vilas County, and in the Town of Sherman in south-eastern Iron County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.

Lakeland Airport

Lakeland Airport, also known as Noble F. Lee Memorial Field, is a public airport near Arbor Vitae, a town in Vilas County, Wisconsin, United States. The airport is three miles (5 km) northwest of the central business district of Minocqua and northwest of Woodruff, both cities in Oneida County, just south of the Vilas County border. It is owned by the Lakeland Airport Commission.

Patricia Lake (Wisconsin)

Patricia Lake is a 32 acre, spring-fed seepage lake close to the town of Minocqua, Oneida County, Wisconsin, United States. It is located on the border between Onieda and Vilas counties, just south of Wisconsin Highway 70 and northwest of Kawaguesaga Lake. The lake has no public access and boats with gasoline engines are prohibited. It has a maximum depth of 23 feet, and bluegill, northern pike and largemouth bass can be caught.

Red Arrow Camp

Red Arrow Camp is a boys camp on Trout Lake in northern Wisconsin. Founded in 1920, RAC has run a single seven-week session ever since. The name for camp derived from the 32nd, or Red Arrow, division of the Wisconsin Infantry during World War I, in which the camp's founder "Razz" served. RAC has been under the direction of Bob & Sue Krohn since 1967. Notable alumni include Tommy Bartlett, Chris Farley, and Scott Foley.
