Cherrington

Cherrington is a village in Shropshire, England, in the civil parish of Tibberton and Cherrington. It was recorded as a manor in Domesday, when it was held by Gerard de Tournai, and was stated to have been held by a man named Uliet in the time of Edward the Confessor, although it was recorded as "waste", in an uncultivated state, by the time Gerard took possession of it.

Tibberton, Shropshire

Tibberton is a village in the borough of Telford and Wrekin and ceremonial county of Shropshire, England. It is a fairly small village with some new barn conversions contrasting with the older houses. The River Meese flows just to the north of the village. The B5062 road runs less than a mile away, to the south. In the way of amenities, Tibberton has a pub, The Sutherland Arms, and a small primary school.

Adeney

Adeney is a hamlet in the English county of Shropshire, in the civil parish of Edgmond. Its name was formerly also spelt Adney, and derives from an Old English name meaning "Eadwynne's island". It lies in an area of the Weald Moors known as the "Birch Moors"; the closest villages are Edgmond, to the east, and Tibberton, to the north-west.

Child's Ercall is a village and civil parish in Shropshire, England. It is located in a rather remote rural area between the small towns of Market Drayton and Newport: the civil parish had a total population of 599 at the 2001 census. The closest neighbouring village is Ollerton, around 1 mile to the west. Its name is thought to derive from a Celtic word, perhaps the old Welsh name Ercal, along with "child" in its mediaeval sense, meaning "knight".
