The House of Representatives of Antigua and Barbuda is the lower chamber of the country's bicameral parliament. The current House of Representatives, formed following elections held on 12 March 2009, has a total of 19 members. 17 members are directly elected to five year terms from single member constituencies using the first-past-the-post system. Holy Family Cathedral (St. John's)
Holy Family Cathedral is the main cathedral of the Roman Catholic Diocese of St. John's-Basseterre and is located in the city of St. John's in Antigua and Barbuda. This cathedral holds the episcopal seat of the diocesan bishop Donald J. Reece. The cathedral was opened in January 1987. The design of the Cathedral is modern and it is an octagon with a tower at the centre. On the tower there is a large cross, the largest external church cross in the country.
