It is located at Avenida Coronel Roca and Avenida Escalada in the Villa Soldati neighborhood. The new stadium has a capacity of 14,510 spectators. The first phase of construction cost 11.5 million Argentine pesos (approximately US$3.71 million).

Torre Espacial or Torre Interama is a 228 metre (748 ft)-high observation tower in the Villa Soldati section of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The tower was built in 1980 in the Parque de la Ciudad amusement park, and has observation decks at 220, 124 and 185 metres of height. From the highest one it is possible to see the Uruguayan coast.
