ErAZ (Armenian: Երեւանի ավտոմոբիլային գործարան, Russian: Ереванский Автомобильный Завод, ЕрАЗ, Yerevanskiy Avtomobilny Zavod) was an automobile manufacturer in Yerevan, Armenia mostly known for producing the van RAF-977K (as ErAZ-762) from 1966 to 1996. Plans to establish the ErAZ factory came about on December 31, 1964, by the Council of Ministers of the Armenian SSR. The original staff were trained at the Riga Autobus Factory (RAF) in Latvia and UAZ in Russia.

Eurasia International University

Eurasia International University (EIU) is a private and accredited institution of higher education in Armenia, headquartered in Yerevan. Since 2004, EIU transitioned to the credit model which made the instruction fully compatible with the European Higher Education Area Standards and Bologna Agreement. Fondation Université Française en Arménie

Fondation Université Française en Arménie is a French language higher educational institution in Armenia. The university is located on Davit Anhaght street at the Kanakerr-Zeytun district of Yerevan. Instruction is primarily in French and Armenian. An agreement on cultural, scientific and technical collaboration was signed in 1995, November 4 between Armenia and France.

ArmRosGazprom (ARG) was founded in 1997 as a joint Russian-Armenian natural gas pipeline project. The company organizes the gas supply for Armenia's domestic gas market. Director General is currently Karen Karapetian. The company is registered in Armenia as a ЗAО (Закрытое акционерное общество, Russ. or Closed Joint Stock Company) and when ist was founded, the Russian state gas monopolist Gazprom owned 45% of stock, the Armenian Energy Ministry 45% and the ITERA company 10%.
