Strathfieldsaye is a suburb of the city of Greater Bendigo in Victoria, Australia. It takes its name from Stratfield Saye House, which was awarded to the Duke of Wellington following his defeat of Napoleon. In the 2006 census, Strathfieldsaye had a population of 3,147. Bendigo railway station
Bendigo is a railway station in Bendigo on the Bendigo line in Victoria, Australia. Bendigo is the junction for the Echuca and Swan Hill railway lines. The station was rebuilt after being destroyed by fire 24 December 1965. Golden Square railway station is currently not in use and is located between Bendigo and Kangaroo Flat stations. Closed stations on the Echuca line, between Bendigo and Elmore, were Epsom, Huntly, Bagshot, Wellsford, Goornong and Avonmore.
