Golden Square Secondary College

Golden Square High School in Australia was established in temporary accommodation at Camp Hill Primary School in 1960. It moved to its current site in 1962, providing for years 7-12. In 1978 it became a 7-10 school and was one of the original feeder schools to Bendigo Senior High School. In 1986 a Hearing Impaired Unit was established and in 1990 it underwent a name change to become Golden Square Secondary College. The school's name is currently pending.

Bendigo railway station

Bendigo is a railway station in Bendigo on the Bendigo line in Victoria, Australia. Bendigo is the junction for the Echuca and Swan Hill railway lines. The station was rebuilt after being destroyed by fire 24 December 1965. Golden Square railway station is currently not in use and is located between Bendigo and Kangaroo Flat stations. Closed stations on the Echuca line, between Bendigo and Elmore, were Epsom, Huntly, Bagshot, Wellsford, Goornong and Avonmore.

Golden Square railway station

Golden Square is a closed station located in the southern Bendigo suburb of Golden Square, Victoria, Australia, on the Melbourne-Bendigo railway. The station is on Maple Street, off High Steet in Golden Square. The station was one of 35 closed to passenger traffic on 4 October 1981 as part of the New Deal timetable for country passengers.
