Sulutəpə (also, Sulutepe or Sulu Tepe) is a settlement in Baku, Azerbaijan. The settlement forms part of the municipality of Biləcəri in Binəqədi raion. It is an unofficial township built up in the 1980s by rural migrants and refugees from Nagorno-Karabakh.

26 Commissars Memorial
The 26 Commissars Memorial was a Soviet-era monument located in Baku, Azerbaijan, that paid tribute to the 26 Baku Commissars from the Baku commune. The commune was overthrown in 1918 and the commissars later executed near Krasnovodsk. The monument was designed by Alesker Huseynov, who went on to become a prominent politician in Azerbaijan. The remains of the Commissars were buried at the site of the memorial, during the exhumation only 21 bodies were discovered.

Baku State University (BSU, Azerbaijani: Bakı Dövlət Universiteti) is a public university located in Baku, Azerbaijan. Established in 1919 by the Parliament of Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, the University started with faculties of history and philology; physics and mathematics; law and medicine with an initial enrollment of 1094. The first rector of BSU was V.I. Razumovsky, a former professor of surgery at Kazan University.
