Zaqatala City Stadium

Zaqatala "Simurq" is a multi-use stadium in Zaqatala, Azerbaijan. It is currently used mostly for football matches and it considered as home ground of FK Simurq Zaqatala, since October 2008. The stadium was built in the area Galadyuzyu in place of old arena. The total area of 2.3 hectares. The draft was prepared by the Bulgarian "Dynamic Resource", commissioned by the company "General Constructions". The work took place from 2006 to August 2008.

Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Baku

The Alexander Nevsky Cathedral was the main Russian Orthodox cathedral in Baku, Azerbaijan from 1898, when it was built until its destruction in 1936 during the Joseph Stalin era. The cathedral is also known as the biggest Russian Orthodox structure ever built in the South Caucasus.

Heydar Aliyev Sports and Exhibition Complex

The Heydar Aliyev Sports and Exhibition Complex is the main exhibition space of Baku, Azerbaijan. Named after a former president with a large cult of personality, it is located on Tbilisi Avenue between Hyatt Hotel and Grand Hotel Europe. Since its opening in 1990, it held about 40 international competitions in different kinds of sports.
