MAG Osmani International Airport (Bengali: ওসমানী আন্তর্জাতিক বিমানবন্দর) is an international airport located 5 miles north-east of Sylhet in Bangladesh. The airport is operated by the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) and is served by Biman Bangladesh Airlines, the national airline which at one point earned most of its revenue from this airport, The airport handles only 4% of air traffic in Bangladesh. Shahjalal University of Science and Technology

Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (also known as SUST) is a state supported, not-for-profit, research university located in Sylhet, Bangladesh. It is the largest science & technology university in Asia. It is also one of the nine PhD granting research universities of Bangladesh. The university was founded by the Government of Bangladesh according to a university act in 1986 to give special importance in science and technology education.

Sylhet Stadium

Sylhet Divisional Stadium, is a multi-purpose stadium in Sylhet, Bangladesh. It is currently used mostly for cricket matches as well as football. The stadium holds 15,000 people and was built in 1965. Metropolitan University or MU is a nongovernmental institution in Sylhet, Bangladesh. The university was established on 3 May 2003 under the Private University Act 1992. Dr. Toufique Rahman Chowdhury is the chairman of MU.
