Gramado
Gramado is a municipality and small touristic town, southeast of Caxias do Sul and east of Nova Petrópolis in the southern Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul, in the Serra Gaúcha region. Most of the population of Gramado is of German or Italian descent. Gramado is one of the towns along the scenic route known as Rota Romântica.

The Cathedral of Our Lady of Lourdes (Portuguese: Catedral Nossa Senhora de Lourdes), also known as Cathedral of Stone (Portuguese: Catedral de Pedra), is a Catholic church located in the Brazilian city of Canela, Rio Grande do Sul. It is considered one of the major tourist attraction of the Serra Gaúcha. Its characteristic style is English Gothic. The church has a tower with 65 meters high, and a carillon of 12 bells made of bronze by foundry Giacomo Crespi, Italy.

Caracol Falls
Caracol Falls, or Cascata do Caracol, is a 426-foot (130 meter) waterfall about 4.35 miles from Canela, Brazil in Caracol State Park (Parque do Caracol). It is formed by the Caracol River and cuts out of basalt cliffs in the Serra Geral mountain range, falling into the Vale da Lageana. The falls are situated between the pinheiral (pine forest) zone of the Brazilian Highlands and the southern coastal Atlantic Forest.
