It is the administrative centre of the homonymous Georgi Damyanovo Municipality, which lies in the southern part of Montana Province. Chervena Mogila

Bonchuk Stadium is a multi-use stadium in Dupnitsa, Bulgaria. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home field of PFC Marek Dupnitsa. The stadium has seating capacity for 16,050 people.
