Santchou is a town and commune in Cameroon. It is located in the Menoua division of the West region of Cameroon. It is home predominantly to the Mbo people; this is reflected in the name. Nkam River

To the south of the town of Dschang, the Santchou Faunal Reserve lies to the east of the river.
