Vernon Jubilee Hospital (VJH) is a hospital located in Vernon, British Columbia, which is a city in the Okanagan region of Canada. Initial examination for constructing a hospital in Vernon began in 1895, when residents of the city demanded a hospital to be created. It was ultimately incorporated in 1897 and serves the North Okanagan regional district. The Vernon Jubilee Hospital offers core physician specialty, and emergency departments, in addition to acute and obstetrical care.

Named after Forbes George Vernon, a former MLA of British Columbia who helped found the famed Coldstream Ranch in nearby Coldstream, the City of Vernon was incorporated on December 30, 1892. Wesbild Centre

The Wesbild Centre (formerly Vernon Multiplex) is a 3,006 seat multi-purpose arena located in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada. The is an additional standing room capacity of 500. It was built in 2001 as an upgrade over the aging Civic Arena and became the home ice surface of the Vernon Vipers. The Wesbild Centre was the location of the 2008 Ford World Women's Curling Championship.
