Lower Main River is a Canadian rural community located in Kent County, New Brunswick. It is considered an unincorporated hamlet within the Local Service District of Weldford Parish and is situated on the south bank of the Richibucto River approximately 4.5 km northwest of the community of West Branch and 6 km west (upstream) from the community of Mundleville. A bridge crosses the Richibucto River at the intersection of Route 510 and Indian House Road to connect with the Elsipogtog First Nation.

Mundleville is a community in the Local Service District of Weldford located at the confluence of the Richibucto River and the St. Nicholas River, and had a Post Office 1899-1956. In 1904 Mundleville was a farming settlement with 1 post office, 1 store, 1 church and a population of 125. Today the community features some of the most beautiful homes along the Richibucto River, has a few small businesses and hosts an Annual Winter Carnival.

New Brunswick Route 510
Route 510 is a 40-kilometre long north-south secondary highway in the northwest portion of New Brunswick, Canada. The route's northern terminus is at Route 470 in the community of Mundleville. The road runs parallel to the south bank of the Richibucto River as it travels south-west. The road continues to the community of Lower Main River and continues on to Targettville and Browns Yard. In Browns Yard, the road merges with Route 490 near Jerrys Island.
