Bareneed is a Canadian settlement in Division No. 1, Newfoundland and Labrador. It is located east of Bay Roberts, on a peninsula on the west side of Conception Bay. Established as by four families in the Brigus area of Newfoundland and Labrador in 1864, it became a village in 1968.
