Lawlor Island
Lawlor Island or Lawlor's Island is a small island near the mouth of Halifax Harbour. Measuring approximately 55 hectares, it is located opposite MacCormacks Beach in Eastern Passage and McNabs Island in the Halifax Regional Municipality, Nova Scotia. The island is undeveloped woodland and the protected home of deer and osprey.

Naval Air Station Halifax
The Naval Air Station Halifax, also NAS Halifax, was a United States Navy Naval Air Station located in Eastern Passage, Nova Scotia, Canada. NAS Halifax was established in 1918 in the months following the United States' entry into World War I. The US Navy briefly operated the base on the shores of Halifax Harbour, adjacent to RCAF Station Dartmouth, to stage its flying boats used in coastal and anti-submarine patrols along North America's eastern seaboard.

Shearwater, Nova Scotia
Shearwater is a Canadian Forces base outside of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. It is located between Woodside and Eastern Passage. Shearwater is divided into two separate sections by Pleasant Street (Main Road), and referred to locally as the Upper and Lower Base, respectively, but is part of the same complex. The Upper Base, on the east side of Pleasant, houses the airfield and administrative buildings of 12 Wing Shearwater, as well as a skate park, pool, large gym, and youth center.

McNabs Island
McNabs Island is the largest island in Halifax Harbour located in Halifax Regional Municipality, Nova Scotia, Canada. It played a major role in defending Halifax Harbour and is now a provincial park. Nova Scotia Route 322
Route 322 is a collector road in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia. It is located in the Halifax Regional Municipality and connects southeastern Dartmouth at Trunk 7 with Cole Harbour at Route 207. The route follows "Pleasant Street" in the former city of Dartmouth from its western terminus at the intersection with Prince Albert Road (Trunk 7) to the old Dartmouth city limit at Woodside. From Shearwater to Eastern Passage Pleasant Street becomes "Main Road.
