Saint-Nicolas Heritage Site

The Saint-Nicolas Heritage Site (French: site du patrimoine de Saint-Nicolas) is a small municipal historic district located in the western part of Lévis, Quebec. It encompasses a group of a half-dozen properties and their dependencies that developed around the estate of a major family. Most of the buildings date from the 19th century, with the oldest dating from the mid-18th century. Two of them were later separately designated historic monuments at the provincial level.

1997 Cap-Rouge earthquake

The 1997 Cap-Rouge earthquake was a magnitude 5.2 earthquake that struck southern Quebec, Canada on November 5, 1997 at 9:34 PM EST. It was felt in southern Quebec, eastern Ontario, and parts of New England, United States. A total of 17 aftershocks were recorded. USGS reported that there was one death from a heart attack at the time of the earthquake.

Cap-Rouge, Quebec City

Cap-Rouge (English: Red Cape) is located in central Quebec, Canada on the Saint Lawrence River within the Borough Sainte-Foy–Sillery–Cap-Rouge in Quebec City. The site of the first attempted permanent European settlement in North America, Cap-Rouge was long a town on its own before being incorporated within Québec on January 1, 2002.

CBVT-DT (branded on-air as Télévision de Radio-Canada Québec) is the Télévision de Radio-Canada owned-and-operated television station in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. It broadcasts a high-definition digital signal on UHF channel 25 from a transmitter on Avenue de la Montagne/Dumont Belair Ouest in Val-Bélair. Owned by the Société Radio-Canada arm of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, its studios are located on Rue Saint-Jean and Aut Dufferin Montmorency in Downtown Quebec City.
