Du Fu Thatched Cottage

Du Fu's Thatched Cottage is an idyllic 24-acre park and museum in honour of the Tang Dynasty poet Du Fu at the western outskirts of Chengdu, adjacent to the Huanhua Xi, (Flower Rinsing Creek). In 1961 the Chinese government established Du Fu Cao Tang as a National Heritage site.

Jinsha (archaeological site)

Jinsha is an archaeological site in Sichuan, China. Located in the Qingyang District of Chengdu Prefecture, Along the Modi River (摸底河. The Jinsha site was accidentally discovered in February 2001 during real estate construction. Located about 50 km away from Sanxingdui, the site flourished around 1000 BCE and shares similarities in burial objects with the Sanxingdui site. Ivory, jade artifacts, bronze objects, gold objects and carved stone objects were found at the site.

Wuhou District

Wuhou District is a district of Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province, China. It contains the historic site, Wuhou Temple and Jinli Street. Wuhou District is the largest of the five internal districts of Chengdu as well as being the wealthiest. It contains the areas of Yulin and Shuangnan which are considered to be the two areas of Chengdu with the highest living standards.

2010 AFC Women's Asian Cup

Chengdu Shishi High School

Chengdu Shishi High School is a state secondary school in Chengdu, Sichuan province, China. It stands on the site of the first local Chinese public school, founded in the Han Dynasty between 143 BC and 141 BC by Wén Wēng (文翁). Shishi, which literally means "Stone House", refers to the original construction which was built of stones.
