Zhuhai International Circuit

Zhuhai International Circuit (ZIC) is located at Jin Ding town in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China. Motorsport started in Zhuhai when it hosted a race on its street circuit in 1993, racing continued until 1996 when the motor racing circuit was constructed and became China’s first permanent motor race track with Formula One in mind. The circuit is designed by Australian company Kinhill Engineers Pty Ltd, the same group which created the Formula One circuit in Adelaide.

Zhongshan Sports Center Stadium

For the stadium in Taiwan, see Chungshan (Zhongshan) Soccer Stadium. Zhongshan Sports Center Stadium is a multi-use stadium in Zhongshan, China. It is currently used mostly for football matches and was one of the six stadiums used for the 1991 FIFA Women's World Cup. The stadium has a capacity of 12,000 people. The stadium are all-seaters with multi-color seats. It also has an all-weather track and field surface.

Old Protestant Cemetery (Macau)

The Old Protestant Cemetery, located close to the Casa Garden, was established by the British East India Company in 1821 in Macau in response to a lack of burial sites for Protestants in the Roman Catholic Portuguese colony.

A-Ma Temple

A-Ma Temple, situated on the southwest tip of the Macau Peninsula, is one of the oldest and most famous Taoist temples in Macau. Built in 1488, the temple is dedicated to Matsu, the goddess of seafarers and fishermen. The name Macau is thought to be derived from the name of the temple. It is said that when the Portuguese sailors landed at the coast just outside the temple and asked the name of the place, the natives replied "媽閣". The Portuguese then named the peninsula "Macao".

Portas do Cerco

Portas do Cerco is an area on the Macau Peninsula (built in 1849) http://www. asiarooms. com/travel-guide/macau/sightseeing-in-macau/barrier-gate. html, in the former Portuguese colony of Macau, now a Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. It is near the Macau border checkpoint with Mainland China in the northern end of the Macau Peninsula. The new Posto Fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco (border gate border building) was opened on January 15, 2004.
