Kyongwon County
Kyŏngwŏn County is a kun, or county, in North Hamgyong province, North Korea, located at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:42|48|41|N|130|11|58|E| |primary |name= }}, formerly known as Saebyŏl.
