Corredores is the name of the tenth canton in the province of Puntarenas in Costa Rica. The canton covers an area of 620.60 km², and has a population of 40,275 . Its capital city is Ciudad Neily. The lowland canton shares its eastern border with Panama. The Río Conte marks the western limit. The northern boundary runs through the Fila Zapote, one of the coastal mountain ranges. Aguirre (canton)

Aguirre is the name of the sixth canton in the province of Puntarenas in Costa Rica. The cantón covers an area of 543.77 km², and has a population of 21,705. Its capital city is Quepos, also known as Puerto Quepos. The county lies along the central Pacific coast between the mouths of the Río Damas and Río Barú. The northeastern border runs through high, remote coastal mountain ranges.

Quepos

Quepos is the capital of Aguirre canton in Puntarenas Province, Costa Rica. The town is about 60 km. south (in a straight line) from Costa Rica's capital, San José, but is 157 km from that city by road if going through the localities of Atenas, Orotina and Tárcoles. Quepos is the gateway to Manuel Antonio National Park. The city is very tourism-oriented, having many bars and restaurants and a vivacious night-life.

Dominical

Dominical is a beach-front town in the province of Puntarenas in Costa Rica approximately 45 km south of Quepos. It is famous for large, year-round waves and is well known by most surfers in Costa Rica. The town began as a small fishing village but has since grown into a tourist destination, most notably for surfers. Access from the capital, San José can be via San Isidro de El General to the east or down the coast from Quepos.
