The Challenge: Battle of the Exes

Battle of the Exes is the 22nd season of the MTV reality game show, The Challenge. The season is directly subsequent to Rivals. It takes place in the Dominican Republic and Iceland, with former cast members from MTV's The Real World, Road Rules, Fresh Meat, Fresh Meat II and the Spring Break Challenge competing. A launch special, "The Pre-Game", premiered on January 11, 2012, explaining the previous history of how the couples became exes.

Santiago Christian School is an English-speaking Christian school in Santiago, Dominican Republic. The school provides education to students from pre-kindergarten to grade 12. Its epicenter was located at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:19.847|N|70.666|W||||| | |name= }}, near the town of Luperon, Puerto Plata and 40 miles north the city of Santiago de los Caballeros. This earthquake could also be felt in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
