Nitria (monastic site)

Nitria is one of the earliest Christian monastic sites in Egypt. It was the earliest of the three major centers of Christian monastic activity in the Nitrian Desert, the other two were Kellia and Scetis. Nitria was founded in AD 330 by Ammon and quickly attracted thousands of monks through the remainder of the 4th century. By 390, it evolved from a loose collection of solitary monks to an organized community with bankers, merchants and church services.

Naucratis

Naucratis or Naukratis,, loosely translated as "(the city that wields) power over ships" (Piemro in Egyptian, now Kom Gieif), was a city of Ancient Egypt, on the Canopic branch of the Nile river, 45 mi (72 km) SE of the open sea and the later capital of Ptolemaic Egypt, Alexandria. Damanhour Stadium

Damanhour Stadium is a multi-use stadium in Damanhour, Egypt, which is currently under construction. Once completed, it will be used mostly for football matches. The main tenant of the stadium will be Alaab Damanhur. The stadium will have a capacity of 60,000 people, all-seated.
