Pech Maho oppidum is located on the town Sigean. The last season of excavations on the archaeological site since 2004 has identified most of the walls and the habitats of a pre-Roman oppidum, particularly highlighting the latter stages of occupation of this site before its definitive abandonment. Château de Saint-Martin de Toques
The Château de Saint-Martin de Toques is a partly ruined, mountaintop castle in the Bizanet commune in the Aude département of southern France. Construction of the castle dates to the 12th and 14th centuries. It was later owned by the Viscounts of Narbonne. In the sixteenth century, an Italian family took over the castle. At the beginning of the seventeenth century, it was converted into a farm property, but was abandoned and fell into ruin.

Tour Barberousse
The Tour Barberousse (in English, Redbeard Tower) is in the coastal village of Gruissan in the Aude département of France. The tower is all that remains of a castle built at the end of the 10th century to observe the approaches to the harbour at Narbonne and to guard against seaborne invasions of the city. Built on a steep, rocky hill, the castle was enlarged in the 12th century by the Archbishops of Narbonne, Guillaume de Broa.
