Sansicario Torinese

Sansicario (also spelled San Sicario) is a frazione of the comune of Cesana Torinese in Piedmont, north-western Italy. It lies at 1,700 m in the Val Susa. It is a famous winter tourist resort. Cesana Pariol was the venue for bobsled, luge and skeleton during the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, Italy. The track, built for the games, is located in Cesana. The venue holds approximately 7,130 spectators, of whom 3,624 are seated.

Clarée

The Clarée is a river in southeastern France, a tributary to the Durance. Its source is in the Cottian Alps, near Mont Thabor and Valloire. It flows for all of its course in the Hautes-Alpes department. Its confluence with the Durance is near the hamlet of Les Alberts not far from the source of the Durance in the ski resort of Montgenevre. The upper reaches of the river are in a military exercise range. This is where the French army from their base in Briançon train in the mountains.
